About Liam
I came to coaching not through a straight line, but through decades spent working alongside people in moments of creativity, reinvention, visibility, transition, and change. Before becoming a coach, I worked across photography, education, mentorship, business development, and creative leadership. Again and again, I found myself drawn toward the deeper layers beneath performance and identity:
How people survive.
How people adapt.
How people lose themselves.
How people return to themselves.
Today, my work draws from emotional awareness, embodied practice, relational inquiry, and Integral Coaching methodology to support more conscious and compassionate ways of being.
I work especially well with people who feel things deeply, live somewhat outside the expected, or find themselves navigating complexity, sensitivity, identity, reinvention, grief, visibility, or becoming.
At the center of it all is a simple belief:
Transformation rarely begins through self-rejection.
More often, it begins when we feel safe enough to tell the truth.
